Getting started is simple and there’s no obligation to go further. Here is what happens, from first message to an app that’s ready to launch.

Get in touch
Tell me a little about your app and why it's great - what does it do, how is it built, and when you would like to launch? We have a chat and I let you know your best next steps.

Share access
You give me access to the code and a running version of the app. I’m happy to sign an NDA first, and I'll walk you through every step of the process.

I investigate your app
I look over your app with a fine-tooth comb, with a focus on the 8 areas listed below. This involves reading the code, testing the app & probing any potential security issues. I then produce your report from all my findings - it takes 1-2 weeks.

You receive your plan
You receive a comprehensive, prioritised list of what to fix before you go live, what to sort out soon, and what can safely wait. We book a call and I take you through the plan in person.

I help you put it right
If you liked working with me (and I'm sure you will 😉), we can move on to a fixed price Launch Sprint to get your app launched. If you want an ongoing relationship as your product evolves, I'm very happy to do that as well.

Most of my client relationships start with a Launch Plan - my expert analysis of your app covering 8 categories.
The plan is delivered as a PDF document, outlining where you stand on each of the categories, and a full list of any issues or recommendations I find, in priority order.
